Function:
1. It adopts micro-CPU and has the SOC (state of charge) battery system control function.
2. Control the charging and discharging for the battery.
3. When the battery voltage is too low, the controller stops the power supply for load to prevent the battery from over-discharging.
4. The controllers will float-charge the batteries by pulse-width-modulation (PWM) automatically as the batteries approach full charge.
5. Prevent the battery from reverse charging to solar panels during nights.
6. The controller also has a protection circuit to prevent accidental damage.

Connection:
As indicated in diagram:
1. Connect the “+” and “-“poles of the solar panels to the correct terminals on the controller the (the first and second from the left).
2. Connect the”+” and “-“poles of the battery to the correct terminals on the controller (the third and fourth from the left).
3. Connect “+” and “-“poles of the load to the correct terminals on the controller (the fifth and sixth from the left).
Attention:
A. Don’t use power from the illumination of light for the solar panel. (The power of the light is too low to charge the battery.)
B. Please don’t use other DC power source instead of the solar panel, otherwise it will damage the controller.
Notice:
Please check the rated voltage of solar panels, battery, and load before connecting. Make sure their rated voltage should be all 12v (or 24v). When you
install the system, you must firstly connect the controller to the battery, and then connect it to the solar panel or DC load.
1. Pay more attention to “+” and “-“poles of solar panels, battery, controller and loads during the process of connection.
2. The rated current of solar panels and loads must be lower than the controller.
3. Please reference to below technical parameter to choose the right wire size according to the current.
4. Keep the controller away from water and wet, in order to avoid short-circuit.
5. Make sure the connection steady, ensure connect well.
The terminal must be against oxidation and mould, to make sure the connection is in good condition.

1. The battery is in buck charge stage when the red indicator light (CHARGE) is on. The battery is in float-charge stage when this LED is flickering, and the battery is stopped charging when the LED is off.
2. When the green indicator light ( LIGHT ) is on, it means the load can work; when it’s off, it means the load can not work.
3. When the power indicator light (BATTERY) is red means the battery is in low voltage, green means the battery is full charged and orange means
the battery is under normal situation.

Trouble Shooting
Phenomenon:Green light goes out, battery power indicator shows red.
Reason:Low voltage of battery
Solution:A. Cut off load, re-connect the load after recharging the battery.
B. There is something trouble with battery, increase solar panel’s power or change battery.
Phenomenon :Green Load indicator light and Orange battery indicator are on, the loads stop working.
Reason:Overload or Short circuit happens which caused the fuse of the controller cut off
Solution: Reduce the overload or solute the load circuit of the battery, 10-20 minutes later, the fuse can reconnect automatically.
